The stones people reach for change with the light. Autumn brings the warm ones out, amber, carnelian, tiger eye and smoky quartz; midwinter is when the clear pieces and the candle-lit clusters go, and spring is all green fluorite, aventurine and moss agate. None of that is a rule, only what we notice across the counter year after year. This page follows the same rhythm, so it is worth a look each time you visit rather than only at Christmas.
