IWe do two distinctly different Facebook LIVE sales.
1. Our daily spontaneous LIVES are
very regular. We will show you the new deliveries in an informal way as they come in. Also new items on the website and fun rummaging through the boxes of crystals we have. There is no discount for these but its does give you a chance to see our new crystals as they come in. You can buy directly from these LIVES by just messaging in the comments or after the LIVE by messenger. It's just for fun - so always feel free to join in!
2. Monthly LIVE SALES. These are a set date and time each month and advertised in advance. They include 10-20% discount codes and free prizes and give aways. We will do a table spread but also show off other items in the shop on request. These last a couple of hours and are super fun.

How does Facebook LIVE work?
Just tune in to the Facebook LIVE feed. You will find this running on our Facebook page from 5.30pm. You dont need to be there exactly at 5.30pm, but it will start then. You can join us and leave whenever you like anonymously.
Can I ask questions and interact?
Yes! We encourage you to type in questions and ask to see your favourite crystals. But you can just watch if you like and no-one will know you are there unless you write a comment in the comments section.
How do I win prizes and get freebies?
Just join in on the quizzes every 30 minutes. No purchase necessary. Free gifts also apply with all claims over £100. To enter the prize draw, just purchase something on the LIVE sale
How do I buy on the LIVE Sale?
As we show off crystals, we will number and name them, giving you the prices. The first person to want the crystal would type "claim Number Name" in the comments and it will then be claimed by that customer. In the event of several people wanting a specific crystal, the first person to type "claim" will get the piece.
How do I Pay for my crystal claims?
We will send you a Facebook message with your "basket" and all the details you will need to pay. We request payment within 48 hrs in order to claim the items
