Frequently asked questions

Subscription Crystal Boxes are shipped on the 30th of each month via Royal Mail Tracked (unless 1st class is selected). They usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. If your box is reported missing, it's often at your local sorting office. If you sign up on or after the 20th, you'll receive your first box the following month. For example, sign up on November 19th to receive December's box, but sign up on November 21st to receive January's box.

The Simple Crystal Box is now posted in a letterbox friendly box, so nine times out of ten the box will go through your post box.
When a delivery attempt is made and no one is home, the Crystal Boxes are taken to your local sorting office and a card is left to let you know.
We get tracking numbers for all our parcels, so you can track this number if your box has not turned up.
If a box is lost in the post after 2 weeks without delivery or records of its location, we can offer a replacement box.
If you are missing a box, then we advise contacting your local Royal Mail collection office incase they have not given you a card. Eventually, the Crystal Box is returned to us marked ‘unclaimed’.
