Frequently asked questions
Subscription Crystal Boxes are shipped on the 30th of each month via Royal Mail Tracked (unless 1st class is selected). They usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. If your box is reported missing, it's often at your local sorting office. If you sign up on or after the 20th, you'll receive your first box the following month. For example, sign up on November 19th to receive December's box, but sign up on November 21st to receive January's box.
When you sign up, your first payment is for your first box. Each payment corresponds to one box, and boxes are delivered according to the schedule at the time of sign-up.
Your monthly subscription payment will be processed on the same date each month. For example, if you sign up on the 14th, your payment will be processed on the 14th of each subsequent month.
Payments are typically taken at sign-up for the upcoming box. Depending on your sign-up date, this may feel like a month in advance. Each payment covers the box scheduled for delivery next.
• The Simple Crystal Box is now posted in a letterbox friendly box, so nine times out of ten the box will go through your post box.
• When a delivery attempt is made and no one is home, the Crystal Boxes are taken to your local sorting office and a card is left to let you know.
• We get tracking numbers for all our parcels, so you can track this number if your box has not turned up.
• If a box is lost in the post after 2 weeks without delivery or records of its location, we can offer a replacement box.
• If you are missing a box, then we advise contacting your local Royal Mail collection office incase they have not given you a card. Eventually, the Crystal Box is returned to us marked ‘unclaimed’.
