Holistic Healing:
Traditionally associated with abundance, prosperity and steady, grounded energy. In crystal lore it is also linked to good fortune in business and to patience.

Metaphysical Traditions:
Regarded in tradition as a stone of wealth and good luck, often kept near the till or tucked in a purse.

Cool Facts:
Money agate takes its name from its colours – red for luck and green for wealth.
The red comes from iron oxides and the green from chlorite and other green minerals trapped in the stone as it formed.
Agate forms in gas bubbles left in cooling lava, filling layer by layer with silica-rich water over millions of years.
