📦 Reserving Items

If you’d like us to hold items for you, here’s how it works:

LIVE Sale Items

• Items from daily LIVE streams can be held for 48 hours (2 days)

• After this, the basket must be paid in full

• A new basket can be started once the previous one is paid

​

Longer Reservations

• A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold items longer than 48 hours

• Full payment must be made within 4 weeks

• If not paid within this time, items will be returned to public sale

​

Important Terms

• Reserved items are excluded from discount codes and sales

• Maximum of £200 in reserved items at any one time

• We cannot reserve items in the 2 weeks leading up to a LIVE or scheduled sale

• Any reserved items must be fully paid before a sale begins

• Reserved items cannot be carried into or purchased during sales
