Holistic Healing:
Traditionally associated with insight, intuition and quiet mental clarity. In crystal lore it is also linked to the head, the eyes and the mind, to study and memory, and to opening up intuition.

Metaphysical Traditions:
Known in tradition as the "stone of heaven", aligned with the Third Eye Chakra and used to deepen meditation.

Cool Facts:
Azurite is a copper carbonate that slowly turns into malachite as it weathers – many pieces show both.
It was ground into the blue pigment used in medieval European paintings before ultramarine became affordable.
Its name comes from the Persian lazhward, meaning blue, the same root as "azure".
