Both me and my son love this shop and often buy from here. You can feel the love in each box. My son saw this cute burger and begged me to purchase. I didn't need too much convincing to be fair haha. He loves his burger crystal. Thank you 😊

About Calcite Orange  –

Orange Calcite is a cheerful, translucent orange form of calcite that seems to glow in daylight. Its warm colour and affordable price make it one of the most popular stones in our shop.

It forms in large masses and veins where calcium-rich waters deposit calcite, with traces of iron giving the orange colour. Much of the world's supply comes from northern Mexico.

Cool Facts  –

Ancient Egyptians carved translucent white Calcite (often called Egyptian alabaster) into canopic jars and ornamental vessels found in royal tombs.

Pure Calcite is naturally colourless — its many colours, from warm orange to blue, green and red, come from different trace mineral impurities picked up as it forms.

Calcite fizzes in a drop of weak acid, a simple test geologists use in the field to tell it apart from similar-looking minerals.
