Holistic Healing:
Traditionally associated with connection, repair and finding your way back to balance. In crystal lore it is also linked to the whole body and energy field, to recovery after strain, and to strengthening the bonds between people.

Metaphysical Traditions:
Regarded in tradition as a healer's stone, said to connect and align energy between two points or two people.

Cool Facts:
Faden quartz has a milky white thread running through it – "faden" is German for thread.
The thread is a healed fracture: the crystal broke while growing and slowly sealed itself, over and over, as the rock around it shifted.
The best faden quartz comes from Pakistan and Afghanistan.
