    About Prehnite  –

Prehnite is a translucent apple-green to yellow-green mineral, often grown in rounded, bubbly clusters. Pieces from Mali and Australia frequently carry dark needles of epidote, making an eye-catching contrast.

It forms at low temperatures in cavities of basalt and in veins of altered igneous rocks, often alongside zeolites and epidote.
