Holistic Healing:
Traditionally associated with new beginnings, intuition and a soft, soothing energy. In crystal lore it is also linked to the moon, its cycles and feminine energy.

Metaphysical Traditions:
Long regarded as the stone of the moon and of feminine energy, and carried by travellers as a talisman for journeys.

Cool Facts:
Rainbow moonstone is actually a white labradorite – a different feldspar from classic moonstone – which is why it flashes blue and rainbow colours.
The colour play comes from light bouncing between microscopically thin layers inside the stone.
Most rainbow moonstone comes from India and Madagascar.
