Holistic Healing:
Traditionally associated with clarity of mind, intuition and welcoming change. In crystal lore it is also linked to the eyes and the mind, to the body's rhythms and hormones, and to protection from picking up other people's stress.

Metaphysical Traditions:
Regarded in tradition as a stone of magic and transformation, said to strengthen intuition and shield the aura.

Cool Facts:
Labradorite's flashing blues, golds and greens (labradorescence) come from light bouncing between microscopically thin layers inside the feldspar.
It was first described in 1770 on the Isle of Paul, off Labrador in Canada, which gave it its name.
Inuit legend says the Northern Lights were once trapped in the rocks of Labrador, and a warrior's spear freed most of them, leaving the rest in the stone.
