This is an extremely rare form of Lemurian Quartz from Columbia- particularly rare because of it's faint pink colouring.
 
The pink form of Lemurian quartz is a fairly recent discovery, found in the jungles of the Santander region of Columbia. Their delicate pink colouring is caused by Hematite.
